Hi, there are certain things I want to know. First and foremost, I am a guy with no history of combat sports but I play sports. So is this place right for a guy to start from scratch? And if so, what are the rates for a basic MMA course? I want to learn MMA to stay fit and also for self defence. Also if you could provide the schedule of the training/classes if possible. Thank you.
