Muay Thai

Muay Thai/Kick boxing is a tremendous workout. Not only does it incorporate some of the aspects of boxing, it also introduces various kicking techniques which makes for a very enjoyable workout. If you are looking to lose weight or get lean fast then this is the class for you.

Jiu Jitsu/Grappling

Alien to many, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Bjj) is the art of fighting on the ground. BJJ incorporates numerous holds and submissions which when applied properly can have assist a smaller person control and dominate a larger being. Its a sport  and a way of fighting which has often been compared to chess.

Strength and Conditioning

Sign up to this class to get into shape that would put you a level above the rest. An hour of strength and conditioning will mimic an actual MMA bout and will help incorporate various muscle groups to boost metabolism and muscular endurance.
